Nicky Epstein's Knitting in Bloom design contest
This little bit of floral goodness popped into my inbox this morning. I don't know about anyone else but I never use other folks patterns, I find it easier to work on my own mental image of what I want to create so I'll definatly be entering this competition.

A whole buch of random
Today I feel sort of mellow, relaxed, almost as if the sun has taken away my bones and turned them into butter. Apart from Tess getting a gas pocket in her hoof things seem to be falling into place. So, back on topic.Today I'm taking photographs, lots of photographs, I was told that yesterday there was a cloud shaped like dancing frog with light beams shooting from its front legs in the sky so I'm keeping a look out for something just as fantastic
First photographs are of our litttle cherub and dragon statue down by the gate. He's supposed to be a fountain but thats still at the planning stage.

Kit making for the WI
I'm sitting here making up kits for organza roses and crochet flowers for a WI demo that we are doing tonight. This has been booked since early this year but as is my usual style I am only just making the kits. I need to make 25 of each and but keep getting distracted by the dog (bless her)
These are what we will be making

I've also found a use for all the organza offcuts from the flowers, My other job is after school craft clubs and we're currently making paper mache fridge magnets and they will be fantastic for the fish.
